What are the arrival and departure times?
On site
Arrival after 4:00 PM / Departure before 12:00 PM
In accommodation
Arrival after 4:00 PM / Departure before 10:00 AM
For late arrivals after reception closes: you must notify us.
How does the payment procedure work?
The full amount must be paid one month before your arrival.
If you book more than one month in advance, 25% of the total cost of your stay will be required. The remainder must be paid one month before arrival.
Do I need an electrical adapter at my location?
Yes, you need to bring a CEE type adapter.
Are sheets provided?
Sheets are provided free of charge in July and August.
In the off-season, LVL offers them as an optional rental..
Will I be refunded if I cancel my stay?
LVL does not offer refunds. However, you can purchase cancellation insurance!

Are there any activities all year round?
Yes, during school holidays and during Ascension Day weekend!
Is LVL suitable for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, ALL LVL facilities are adapted for people with reduced mobility!

Will I have a private parking space with my accommodation?
Not necessarily.
You may have to park in the shared parking lots near the accommodations.
Will the restaurant, bar and grocery store be open?
These services are open during the high season. During the off-season, contact reception to find out if these services will be available during your stay.
Are the accommodations equipped with air conditioning and TV?
All accommodations are equipped with air conditioning. However, please note that we do not have a TV.
Are dogs allowed at LVL campsite?
Dogs are allowed at the LVL (except for categories 1 and 2) for a supplement of €4/day.
You will be asked to provide a health record with up-to-date vaccinations.
