Would you like to be covered and reimbursed in the event of an unforeseen event before your stay? Campez Couvert cancellation insurance is offered by the Gritchen group, an independent insurance organization. A precautionary measure that allows you to remain calm!

Campez Couvert only covers cancellations due to external circumstances. Changes of mind or personal reasons will not result in a refund.
The LVL campsite acts as an intermediary in this regard and will not be responsible for the refund process under any circumstances.

How to subscribe?

Subscribe in one click when booking online by checking the "Insurance" box in the options. If you book by phone or email, simply specify that you wish to subscribe to cancellation insurance. Reception will then take care of adding this service to your contract.

Cancellation and refund

You must inform LVL of your cancellation. The reimbursement process will then be handled exclusively by your insurer: Gritchen Affinity. The request must be submitted directly to them within 10 days of the claim:
